Equity in Mobility (EiM)
The Equity in Mobility (EiM) subteam has two key responsibilities. Internally, the EiM Team is responsible for ensuring that our team's recruitment efforts reach a diverse audience and to create a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment. Outward facing, the EiM team supports Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) in their efforts to reach underserved and underrepresented communities. The team accomplishes this through targeted outreach events in partnership with CBOs and the development of projects aimed towards increasing accessibility of sustainable transportation.
Outreach
The UC Davis EcoCAR team supports Miocar, their community-based organization partner, through attending outreach events in surrounding communities.
